Financial Director

Position Summary:

We are seeking a strategic Finance Director with non-profit experience to lead the organization’s financial operations and strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all financial operations, reporting, and compliance for the organization.
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
• Prepare financial statements and board-level financial reports.
• Ensure compliance with non-profit accounting standards (FASB), grants, and regulations.
• Lead annual audits and manage relationships with external auditors.
• Provide strategic financial guidance to executive leadership.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA or MBA preferred).
• 8+ years of progressive finance experience with at least 6 years in non-profit.
• Strong knowledge of non-profit accounting, fund accounting, and grant management.
• Leadership experience and excellent communication skills.
