Event Marketing Representative

Position Overview

Passanante’s Home Food Service, established in 1916, is seeking energetic, people‐driven Event Marketing Representatives to join our growing team! We promote all‐natural, healthier food products at local trade shows, fairs, and community events. If you’re outgoing, love talking to people, and enjoy being part of a fun, motivated team — this opportunity is for you!

Compensation: $16/hr + Bonuses + Incentives
Salary: From $16.00 per hour
Schedule: Primarily Weekends (Fri–Sun), Some Thursdays
Location: On the road

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain clean and organized marketing kits and displays
• Engage with event attendees to generate warm leads for our appointment setters
• Maintain a professional and inviting booth presence at all events
• Prepare and distribute food samples to potential customers
• Represent the Passanante’s brand with enthusiasm and professionalism

Required Qualifications

• Must be available to work weekends (Friday–Sunday); occasional Thursdays required
• Weekday availability is a plus, but not required
• Must be willing and able to travel within the assigned territory
• Must be flexible and willing to visit multiple events in a day for training or quality control
• Must be punctual, reliable, and organized
• Must be able to work independently and as part of a team
• Must enjoy engaging with the public and promoting healthy food options
• Must be able to stand for the duration of the event shifts
• Must maintain a consistent schedule and meet deadlines
• Must have a valid driver’s license and a dedicated vehicle
• Must have computer access and a smartphone with GPS
