Compensation: For Sales Representative Trainee (0-6 months): $22/hour (based on a 45-hour work week; target annualized pay: $54,000) with paid training, mentorship, and professional development. For Sales Representative (6-18 months): $60,000 annualized base plus commission on territory gross margin, with a total compensation target of $70,000-$80,000 based on performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Learn our business from the ground up, including sales, customer service, deliveries, and inventory management.
• Build strong relationships with customers through outreach, support, and tailored solutions.
• Contribute to branch operations and support vendor-managed inventory programs.
• Transition into managing accounts and growing sales opportunities as you advance.

Required Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree required (all majors welcome).
• Energetic, outgoing, and personable with strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Motivated to learn, adapt, and grow in a fast-paced environment.
• Qualifications: Valid driver's license and the ability to travel within your assigned territory.
