We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical Sales Operations Lead to join our dynamic team in Austin supporting our Growth Accounts (SMB) business. In this role, you will be a critical partner to sales leadership, leveraging data and strategic thinking to uncover growth opportunities, drive strategic initiatives, and improve overall sales performance in the digital advertising space.

Description

Strategic Partnership

Translate divisional goals into quarterly priorities and the supporting sales execution strategies. Collaborate with regional leaders to enhance sales effectiveness through data-driven insights.

Business Insights

Leverage a strong understanding of the market, client base and competitive set to analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitive dynamics to deliver actionable insights to sales leadership.

Operational Excellence

Provide essential support to the broader sales enablement org & sales teams including book of business qualification/building, product/reporting training, and CRM hygiene.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in Sales Operations and/or digital advertising industry
  • Solid understanding of the digital ad ecosystem
  • Strong analytical mindset with a passion for analyzing reports and data to uncover insights to create high impact growth strategies
  • Proven ability to identify growth opportunities and business challenges and utilizing analytics and reporting to create strategic options for stakeholders at all levels
  • Excellent project management, prioritization, and communication skills
  • Self-starter attitude with high integrity, accountability, and collaboration

Preferred Qualifications

  • BA/BS in Marketing, Business Administration, Analytics or related field
  • MBA or advanced graduate degree preferred
