Position Overview
A professional nurse is accountable for the care of a group of patients, providing safe, effective, patient and family-centered care while promoting quality outcomes. Key Responsibilities
- Provide safe and effective patient and family-centered care.
- Assist in maintaining a financially stable unit.
- Promote self-development through evidence-based practice and ongoing education.
- Supervise both licensed and non-licensed staff.
- Assess, develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans.
- Enhance patient comfort, provide education, and ensure overall satisfaction.
Required Qualifications
- No experience required for full-time or part-time positions. If PRN, must have one year of RN/LPN experience in an inpatient, acute-care setting.
- Diploma or Associate degree in Nursing.
- Registered Nurse (KY).
