ABOUT CREATIVE COLORS INTERNATIONAL – Creative Colors International, Inc. is the industry leader in providing customers an economical alternative to restoration by repairing scratches, cuts, tears, burns in all leather, vinyl, velour, and plastic surfaces, primarily in the automotive, furniture, commercial and residential markets.

Compensation: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities

  • Show samples of repairs, explain quality of repair and distribute marketing literature explaining service
  • Inspect areas for improvement and receive approval for restoration projects
  • Greatly improve appearance on all leather and vinyl surfaces
  • Prepare invoices for all service orders
  • Investigate and solve customer dilemmas

Required Qualifications

  • Ability to work well without any day-to-day supervision
  • Strong customer service skills with a polite and respectful demeanor
  • Must have the ability to understand and respond to multiple customers' requests within a given day and prioritize those requests
  • Must have the ability to multitask with great organizational skills

  • Schedule: Able to work mostly M-F, 8 a.m.-5 p.m. Additional hours may be required
  • Experience Required: No experience necessary.
  • Education: high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Must pass drug test, background check and driving record check

Preferred Qualifications

  • Qualifications: Artistic background helpful and past experience in customer service industry preferred
