Job Description

Position Overview

Comcast, a Fortune 50 leader in media and technology, drives innovation to create world‐class entertainment and online experiences. The Manager, Affiliate and Etail Marketing role is responsible for the strategy and execution of our third-party Etail sales channel—including day-to-day partner management, API integrations, and developing program initiatives for both Xfinity Residential and Xfinity Mobile Affiliate programs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in growth strategy and execution to drive acquisition, conversion, and efficiencies in the third-party Etail channel
  • Manage daily partner communication and operations for the Etail channel
  • Support a hybrid work model that aligns with both Etail and digital affiliate programs
  • Identify test & learn opportunities to evolve existing partnerships
  • Lead API integrations and optimizations while maintaining regular health checks
  • Run audits to ensure partner compliance with brand standards and collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Uphold compliance requirements and govern online behaviors related to our programs
  • Represent the team to internal stakeholders and develop performance presentations
  • Respond to customer escalations and exercise independent judgment on significant matters
  • Work variable schedules, including nights and weekends as needed

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree (preferably in Marketing, Communication, Advertising, Business, or a related field)
  • 5-7 years of relevant experience in partnerships, sales, and marketing
  • Expertise in MS Office, especially Excel (formulas, functions, charts, pivot tables) and PowerPoint
  • Strong skills in project management, presentations, and communication with the ability to handle multiple projects
  • Experience with third-party API integrations and a marketing & technology mindset
