Key Responsibilities
- Manage inbound calls from banking partners, merchants, and cardholders; answer questions and resolve issues to ensure customer satisfaction, including technical inquiries.
- Actively engage with callers to identify optimal solutions and deliver top-notch service.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of one year of recent, consistent inbound call support experience in a customer-facing financial services environment.
- Financial services support experience is helpful but not mandatory.
- A quiet, secure area to efficiently handle a steady stream of calls.
