Key Responsibilities

  • Manage inbound calls from banking partners, merchants, and cardholders; answer questions and resolve issues to ensure customer satisfaction, including technical inquiries.
  • Actively engage with callers to identify optimal solutions and deliver top-notch service.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum of one year of recent, consistent inbound call support experience in a customer-facing financial services environment.
  • Financial services support experience is helpful but not mandatory.
  • A quiet, secure area to efficiently handle a steady stream of calls.

  • High school diploma or equivalent.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with customer service software, CRM systems, or providing support through virtual channels (email, chat, video calls).
