Key Responsibilities

• Build a unified revenue dataset across Salesforce, SAP, and product usage systems; deliver weekly forecasts and insights.
• Track delivery milestones with Finance and Engineering to ensure timely, accurate revenue recognition.
• Analyze CSAT, NPS, and support metrics with CX teams to uncover actionable insights.
• Deliver automation, dashboards, and data‐backed recommendations to Sales, Marketing, Product, and Finance.

Required Qualifications

• Analytical thinker with experience in business analytics, finance, or strategy roles within the technology industry.
• Skilled at deploying AI and LLM agents to automate end‐to‐end data analysis and build intelligent analytics pipelines—an AI automation engineer.
• Comfortable navigating ambiguity with a bias for action and strong prioritization.
• Skilled communicator who can turn raw data into crisp narratives for senior leaders.
