Job Description
Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic leader to drive our sales strategy and revenue growth for our high-pressure jetter equipment. Based in Atlanta, GA and reporting to theChief Executive Officer, you will oversee a team of Regional Sales Managers, manage a network of dealers, and ensure the achievement of national sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive national sales strategy to achieve revenue and growth objectives for high-pressure jetter equipment.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Regional Sales Managers, providing guidance, performance evaluations, and professional development.
- Conduct weekly sales meetings to review performance metrics, discuss market trends, and strategize with Regional Sales Managers.
- Manage and expand relationships with a network of dealers nationwide, ensuring consistent brand representation and product expertise.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify opportunities for product and sales strategy enhancements.
- Collaborate with marketing, product development, and operations teams to align sales initiatives with overall company goals.
- Set and track sales targets, KPIs, and budgets, ensuring accountability and performance across regions and dealers.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and customer meetings to promote brand awareness and drive sales.
- Provide regular reports and forecasts to the CEO on sales performance, market conditions, and strategic initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and best practices in all sales activities.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 7-10 years of sales experience, with at least 5 years in a sales leadership role.
- Proven experience managing a dealer network and driving sales through indirect channels.
- Strong leadership skills with a track record of building and motivating high-performing sales teams.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to analyze sales data, market trends, and financial reports to inform strategic decisions.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Willingness to travel nationally as needed (50-70%).
Preferred Qualifications
- MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
- Knowledge of high-pressure jetter equipment or similar industrial products is a plus.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Mechanical aptitude with the ability to demonstrate equipment functionality.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with adaptability to a fast-paced environment.
- Proven ability to work effectively with employees and representatives at all levels.
- Results-oriented with a focus on exceeding sales targets.
