Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven SEO Specialist to elevate our digital presence and drive organic growth across our online platforms. In this role, you will develop and implement comprehensive search engine optimization strategies that enhance visibility on major search engines, improve website traffic, and increase conversions. Salary: $45, $80,000.00 per year

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough keyword research to identify high-impact search terms aligned with our business goals and target audience.
  • Optimize website content, metadata, and HTML elements to improve search engine rankings and user experience.
  • Implement technical SEO best practices, including improving site speed, mobile responsiveness, and structured data markup using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Manage and enhance our WordPress-based websites by applying SEO techniques within content management systems.
  • Utilize SEO tools such as Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, SEMrush, or Ahrefs to monitor performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and execute link-building strategies to increase domain authority through quality backlinks.
  • Collaborate with content creators and social media managers to ensure consistent messaging across digital channels and optimize content for SEO.
  • Use Google Tag Manager to implement tracking tags for web analytics and conversion tracking to measure campaign effectiveness.
  • Conduct regular audits of website health using SEO tools to identify technical issues affecting search engine crawling and indexing.
  • Drive conversion optimization initiatives by analyzing user behavior data from web analytics platforms to refine landing pages and calls-to-action.

Required Qualifications

  • Proven experience in SEO strategy development and execution across diverse industries, including e-commerce or digital marketing environments.
  • Strong understanding of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and best practices for optimizing websites for Google Search engines.
  • Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and content management systems such as WordPress.
  • Hands-on experience with SEO tools like Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, SEMrush, or similar platforms.
  • Knowledge of technical SEO aspects including site speed optimization, metadata management, structured data (schema markup), and crawl budget management.
  • Familiarity with web analytics techniques to analyze traffic patterns and user engagement metrics for continuous improvement.
  • Ability to perform keyword research that aligns with business objectives using industry-standard tools.
  • Experience with conversion rate optimization (CRO) techniques to maximize ROI from organic traffic sources.
  • Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including content creators, developers, and marketing professionals.
