Senior Commercial Lines Product Analyst

JCW is currently recruiting on behalf of a leading, growing regional insurer seeking a Commercial Lines Product Analyst to join their growing organization.

This role is ideal for an insurance product professional who can support commercial lines product development initiatives, manage product filings, and analyze market competitiveness across multiple lines of business. The position plays a key role in supporting product strategy, maintaining forms and filings, and partnering with cross-functional teams to drive product enhancements and operational support.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the development, maintenance, and implementation of commercial lines products, including forms, rules, and state filings
• Conduct competitive research and market analysis to identify product enhancement opportunities and monitor industry trends
• Serve as a subject matter expert for assigned commercial lines products, partnering with underwriting, sales, marketing, IT, and leadership teams to support product initiatives

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in commercial lines product development, product management, or related P&C insurance roles
• ISO and commercial lines property and Business Owner's Policy (BOP) experience required
