Position Overview
Magnit is the future of work. As a Client Services Consultant (CSC), you will ensure the efficient delivery of Magnit’s integrated workforce management services. In this hybrid role (3 days onsite in Atlanta, GA), you will work closely with vendors, client hiring managers, and cross‐functional teams using our award‐winning Magnit VMS to guarantee smooth and effective service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver Magnit's products and services on a day-to-day basis while ensuring high-quality client service and smooth site operations.
- Maintain and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to guarantee efficient daily operations and meet contractual deliverables.
- Implement and enhance current processes to strengthen operational efficiencies.
- For Payroll desk: Ensure required screenings, pre-employment checks, and new worker orientation; maintain accurate Magnit VMS records; handle critical employee relations issues; and escalate serious issues when needed.
- For Staffing desk: Facilitate the fulfillment of temporary requisitions via Magnit VMS, coordinate with hiring managers and staffing suppliers, and promptly resolve related issues.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience.
- 3+ years of experience in MSP client services, account management in staffing, or full cycle recruitment.
- Experience with contingent workforce programs, staffing vendors, or payroll operations.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with VMS platforms (e.g., Magnit VMS, Fieldglass, Beeline).
