Your Responsibilities

• Develop and execute direct sales and marketing strategies to acquire new customers for telecommunication solutions.
• Educate potential customers in local Riverside communities about the benefits and features of various telecom products and services.
• Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets set by senior management through proactive engagement and persuasive communication.
• Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance product knowledge, sales techniques, and market understanding.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and market feedback.
• Collaborate with the Entry Level Marketing and Sales Assistant team members to share best practices, develop innovative sales approaches, and foster a supportive work environment.
• Represent our clients and Mallard Marketing professionally and ethically while interacting with clients and the public.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent: required
• Sales or client-facing experience: is a plus, but not mandatory.
• Strong communication and people skills:
• Desire to work: (and thrive) in a highly-competitive work environment.
• Comfortability: with a flexible work schedule, including some weekends and holidays.
• Driven: to achieve weekly and monthly targets set by senior management.
• Reliable transportation: with a valid driver’s license is an advantage.
