Job Description

IT Support Technician – Microsoft Tenant Migration (Contract, Onsite – Boca Raton)

Contract IT Support Technician needed to support the migration of Windows laptops from one Microsoft tenant to another. This is a hands-on, onsite role focused on device setup, user support, and identity access during migration.

Responsibilities

  • Migrate Windows laptops between Microsoft tenants
  • Re-enroll devices in Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD)
  • Support SSO setup and troubleshooting
  • Configure, re-image, and troubleshoot laptops
  • Provide onsite Tier 1–2 end-user support during migration
  • Assist users with Microsoft 365 access issues

Requirements

  • Prior experience on an IT support / helpdesk team
  • Working knowledge of Entra ID (Azure AD) and SSO
  • Strong Windows laptop and hardware support experience
  • Comfortable working onsite every day in Boca Raton
