Job Title
A fintech client is looking for a Customer Service Team Lead. The Customer Service Team Lead will help direct a team of on and offshore resources. The team members are responsible for communication, updates, and resolutions from third-party vendors and the international call centers. This role will work with the other Team Lead and report to the Customer Service Manager. This is a hybrid role x3 a week in Buckhead.
Your Responsibilities
- Prepare, compile, and sort documents for mail received
- Check source documents for accuracy
- Verify data and correct data where necessary
- Obtain further information for incomplete documents
- Scan and upload documents with communication in debt counseling and or Bankruptcy
- Act as a liaison for third parties representatives
- Point of contact for trace and audit of checks receivable
- Provide support to the call center team for escalations
- Monitor and investigate complaints.
- Audit, monitor and respond to reviews
- Assist and monitor Quality Assurance grading and performance.
- Assist in creating updates or modules for new feature and or training
