Position Overview

As a Customer Service Representative at Avis Budget Group, you will join a high-energy enterprise focused on moving the future of transportation forward. Immediately hiring! Compensation: $17.20/hour. If spending your day behind a desk or as a retail cashier isn’t for you, this outdoor combination role may be the perfect fit. You will assist customers across various stages of the rental and return process on airport lots.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist customers during different stages of the rental or return process on airport lots.
  • Check cars, enter information using a handheld device, and process rentals for loyalty customers.
  • Provide support at exit gates and during vehicle check-ins while ensuring excellent customer service.

Required Qualifications

  • High School Diploma (or equivalent)
  • Valid Driver’s License
  • Basic computer skills (typing, data entry)
  • Effective verbal communication skills
  • Willingness to work outdoors with flexibility to cover all shifts
  • Ability to type, sit, stand, walk, and maneuver throughout the rental lot; must be able to enter/exit vehicles and drive a variety of vehicles
  • Must be 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the United States
  • Regular on-site presence is required; remote work is not possible
  • Bonus: 6 months of retail customer service experience in a fast-paced environment
