Position Overview
Join our Multi-Product Team as an Account Manager, where you will oversee and expand a portfolio of business clients in the digital marketing sphere. Acting as the main liaison, you will ensure client success and satisfaction with our services through excellent communication, relationship management, and a deep knowledge of digital marketing strategies including SEO, Social Media Marketing (SMM) and Pay-Per-Click (PPC).

Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, managing accounts and addressing inquiries, updates, or changes.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships, communicating regularly via calls, emails, and meetings.
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, design, content) to ensure efficient project execution.
- Analyze and report on digital marketing performance metrics, offering recommendations for optimization.
- Identify upselling opportunities to expand service offerings and retain client satisfaction.
- Present company services professionally using tools like PowerPoint or Google Slides and maintain a strong on-camera presence.
- Participate in special projects or cross-functional initiatives to support team and company objectives.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of Account Management experience in an SEO or Marketing Agency setting.
- 2+ years of experience in a sales-based position within a metrics-driven organization.
- A College Degree in Marketing, Sales, Business or a related field.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies including SEO, Social Media Marketing (SMM) and Paid Ads/PPC, with certifications in Google Analytics/AdWords as a plus.
