Position Overview

CBE Companies is seeking a Government Collection Specialist to help consumers resolve their accounts in compliance with state and federal debt collection laws. Key Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service on both inbound and outbound calls.
• Handle 100-150 calls per day in either a call center or remote work setting.
• Work with consumers to identify and implement effective solutions for account resolution.
• Utilize call flow systems and accurately document interactions to meet standards.
• Review management statistics and actively participate in personal growth initiatives.
• Adapt to changes required by the client while ensuring efficiency and quality.
• Commission potential starting from the first monthbased on productivity and quality metrics.

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• U.S. Citizenship or a minimum of 3-year legal residence.
• Strong communication, active listening, and documentation skills.
• Ability to perform in a fast-paced, team-oriented, and competitive environment.
• Willingness to undergo background checks and drug testing.
