Position Overview

The Junior Marketing Coordinator supports the planning, coordination, and execution of in-person marketing initiatives and live brand activations. This role is ideal for someone detail-oriented who enjoys hands-on work, teamwork, and being involved in the operational side of marketing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in coordinating on-site marketing initiatives, events, and brand activations.
  • Help ensure brand messaging is delivered clearly and consistently during in-person interactions.
  • Work closely with event staff and team leads to support daily activation goals.
  • Assist with organizing marketing materials, signage, and event supplies.
  • Track basic engagement metrics and assist with post-event summaries.

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask in fast-paced, live-event environments.
  • Comfortable working directly with team members and event attendees.
  • Detail-oriented with a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
