Position Overview
The Junior Marketing Coordinator supports the planning, coordination, and execution of in-person marketing initiatives and live brand activations. This role is ideal for someone detail-oriented who enjoys hands-on work, teamwork, and being involved in the operational side of marketing.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in coordinating on-site marketing initiatives, events, and brand activations.
- Help ensure brand messaging is delivered clearly and consistently during in-person interactions.
- Work closely with event staff and team leads to support daily activation goals.
- Assist with organizing marketing materials, signage, and event supplies.
- Track basic engagement metrics and assist with post-event summaries.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced, live-event environments.
- Comfortable working directly with team members and event attendees.
- Detail-oriented with a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
