Our client located in the Humble area is growing and adding onto their team! This role is requiring bilingual Spanish speaking ability!
Job Duties:
- Own commercial strategy, pricing, and sales targets for assigned key accounts.
- Manage and grow relationships with OEMs, distributors, and fabricators.
- Lead negotiations, contracts, and commercial agreements.
- Drive growth across Electrification, Power Distribution, Data Centers, EV, and Grid Infrastructure.
- Identify new opportunities and support product introductions.
- Develop and execute account plans focused on profitable growth.
- Coordinate with Houston and International teams to ensure execution, quality, and delivery.
- Align customer demand with production and supply chain capacity.
- Serve as escalation point for strategic customers.
- Deliver sales forecasts, revenue projections, and performance tracking.
- Represent company with senior-level customers.
Requirements:
- Minimum of five years of experience managing key industrial B2B accounts.
- Proven track record working with OEMs or strategic customers in North America.
- Experience in manufacturing, metals, or electrical components strongly preferred.
- Cross-border or international exposure is a plus.
