Our client located in the Humble area is growing and adding onto their team! This role is requiring bilingual Spanish speaking ability!

Job Duties:

  • Own commercial strategy, pricing, and sales targets for assigned key accounts.
  • Manage and grow relationships with OEMs, distributors, and fabricators.
  • Lead negotiations, contracts, and commercial agreements.
  • Drive growth across Electrification, Power Distribution, Data Centers, EV, and Grid Infrastructure.
  • Identify new opportunities and support product introductions.
  • Develop and execute account plans focused on profitable growth.
  • Coordinate with Houston and International teams to ensure execution, quality, and delivery.
  • Align customer demand with production and supply chain capacity.
  • Serve as escalation point for strategic customers.
  • Deliver sales forecasts, revenue projections, and performance tracking.
  • Represent company with senior-level customers.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of five years of experience managing key industrial B2B accounts.
  • Proven track record working with OEMs or strategic customers in North America.
  • Experience in manufacturing, metals, or electrical components strongly preferred.
  • Cross-border or international exposure is a plus.
