Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate content production by managing assignments, reviewing drafts, and maintaining the editorial calendar.
• Research article topics aimed at securing citations in LLMs for high‑intent, business‑relevant queries.
• Leverage AI tools like ChatGPT to generate content briefs, outlines, and creative prompt ideas.
• Utilize AI SEO monitoring tools to identify strategic collaboration opportunities.
• Support content partnerships by finding and vetting potential partners, researching contacts, crafting personalized outreach messages, sending DMs/emails, scheduling onboarding calls, managing follow‑ups, and setting up partners on our affiliate platform.
• Assist in partner communications by drafting newsletters, organizing community contests, and executing campaigns to encourage strategic content publishing.

Required Qualifications

• Current student or recent graduate with an interest in marketing, SEO, or AI.
• Curious, fast‑learning, and eager to explore new tools and strategies.
• Highly organized and detail‑oriented.
• Strong communicator, both written and verbal.
• Willingness to learn about and work with AI SEO monitoring tools.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in content marketing, SEO, affiliate programs, or partnerships.
