Your Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate and high-quality care to patients in the Women's Health department.
• Assist physicians and other healthcare professionals in various clinical procedures and examinations.
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, including medical history and vital signs.
• Administer medications and perform injections as directed by healthcare providers.
• Provide education and support to patients regarding their health and treatment plans.
• Ensure the cleanliness and organization of exam rooms and equipment.
• Utilize electronic medical records system to document patient information and communicate with other healthcare team members.
• Collaborate with other members of the healthcare team to coordinate patient care and treatment plans.
• Comply with all safety and infection control policies and procedures.
• Display a caring and empathetic attitude towards patients, understanding the sensitive nature of women's health.
• Continuously update knowledge and skills through ongoing education and training.
• Adhere to all HIPAA regulations to ensure patient confidentiality.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care.
• Communicate effectively with patients, coworkers, and other healthcare professionals.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the healthcare team and clinic management.
