Entry Level Client Rep

Position Overview

Nova 401(k) Associates is seeking an Entry Level Customer Service Representative (Participant Specialist) for a full-time remote position. In this role, you will field phone calls and emails related to retirement plan withdrawal and loan transactions. You will work directly with participants and clients to help initiate requests through recordkeeper sites and answer questions regarding pending requests. Additionally, you will provide data entry assistance for the Distribution Department.

Required Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree required
• Requirements: Ability to establish priorities, work independently, and proceed with objectives without supervision

Preferred Qualifications

• Bilingual speaking is a plus
• Experience in a customer service or call center setting is a plus but not required

Benefits & Perks

• Salary: $18-$22 per hour
• Location: Work from Home
• Schedule: 40 hour work week, 8 hours per day, Monday-Friday
