Position Overview
The Digital Marketing Manager (Paid Media) will lead the strategy, planning, execution, and optimization of all paid media efforts for the Foley Entertainment Group, with a primary focus on digital advertising. This role manages multi-channel campaigns that drive ticket sales, grow brand visibility, support retail and community initiatives, and strengthen fan engagement across FEG, including the Vegas Golden Knights (NHL), Henderson Silver Knights (AHL), Vegas Knight Hawks (IFL), and additional Lee’s Family Forum events. The ideal candidate is a creative marketer, innovative thinker, and collaborative leader who excels at developing impactful campaigns that generate results and elevate the fan experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee annual paid media campaigns and budgets across the organization’s sports and entertainment verticals.
- Identify audience segments and implement appropriate targeting strategies to maximize ROI.
- Stay ahead of emerging advertising opportunities and recommend new platforms or tactics to promote efficiency.
- Paid Media Strategy & Planning: Develop and manage comprehensive advertising strategies that support ticketing, brand marketing, theme nights, retail, community initiatives, and major organizational moments (season launch, playoffs, events, etc.).
- Digital Advertising Execution & Optimization: Manage day-to-day execution of digital ad campaigns across paid social, Google, programmatic display/CTV, and more.
- Agency Coordination: Oversee relationships with third-party media agencies to ensure alignment on strategy, pacing, budgets, and creative delivery.
- Performance Analysis & Reporting: Track and analyze key performance metrics, conduct A/B tests, and report on results to drive continuous improvement.
- Traditional Advertising: Support traditional media planning (broadcast, out-of-home, print) in partnership with internal teams and external agencies.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Ticketing, Partnerships, Creative, and other marketing teams to align campaign needs and messaging.
- Perform additional responsibilities as assigned in support of overall marketing objectives.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
- 2-3 years of paid media, digital advertising, or growth marketing experience, preferably within sports, entertainment, or hospitality.
- Proficiency in digital ad platforms, campaign management tools, and reporting dashboards.
- Proven experience managing multi-channel paid media budgets and performance-based campaigns.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent analytical, creative, and strategic thinking skills.
- Strong project management, collaboration, and communication skills to manage multiple campaigns in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to adapt to physical demands (sitting, standing, walking, light lifting up to 25 lbs) and occasional travel requirements, including nights, weekends, and game days as needed.
