Position Overview

We are a forward-thinking real estate acquisitions and advisory firm specializing in sourcing and securing acquisition opportunities for third‐party clients across the U.S. Leveraging cutting‐edge technology and AI‐driven insights, our approach streamlines the deal‐sourcing process while empowering our team to excel. As the CRE Advisor – Acquisitions, you will identify and acquire real estate investment opportunities in a dedicated territory (Remote, Atlanta) with 100% commission and a first-year earning potential of $50,000 - $200,000. Direct mentorship from the Company President and robust support from marketing, operations, and administrative teams ensure you have the resources to succeed.

Key Responsibilities

  • Source and secure property acquisition opportunities by developing and managing a pipeline of suitable real estate investments.
  • Leverage CRM systems, data analytics, and AI‐driven insights to efficiently identify and evaluate acquisition targets.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with brokers, property owners, and key industry stakeholders.
  • Conduct in-depth market research and property evaluations to assess acquisition viability.
  • Manage and update acquisition pipelines in CRM systems to ensure effective follow-ups and data accuracy.
  • Collaborate with underwriting and acquisitions teams to support deal evaluation and provide actionable insights.
  • Travel for site visits as needed to assess potential acquisition sites and strengthen on-the-ground relationships.
  • Provide additional advisory services to real estate owners, creating multiple income streams.

Required Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in real estate business development, acquisitions, or sales.
  • A strong existing network within the commercial real estate industry.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Teams, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.) with 3+ years of practical experience.
  • Demonstrated success with heavy cold calling and relationship building.
  • Self-motivated, with the proven ability to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Willingness to travel for property assessments, client meetings, and networking opportunities.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, real estate, or a related field.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., CCIM, SIOR) are an advantage.
