Position Overview
We’re looking for a Marketing Coordinator to join our team at Walker. In this role, you will support a variety of initiatives to showcase our work, connect with clients, and drive business growth. Join us for a challenging and rewarding experience starting in January 2026!
Key Responsibilities
- Plans, conducts, and coordinates a range of marketing support activities.
- Develops and maintains marketing information systems (Deltek and CRM).
- Provides support to deadline-driven proposal activities and handles general marketing correspondence including resumes, project descriptions, and responses to RFPs.
- Collaborates with marketing coordinators, project managers, graphic designers, and business development directors.
- Conducts market research to identify potential opportunities for the company's multidisciplinary architectural, engineering, and consulting services.
- Assists in planning, coordinating, and executing marketing tasks, including developing presentations and marketing materials for trade shows, conferences, seminars, and webinars.
- Provides general support to the marketing department.
- Performs other duties as requested.
Required Qualifications
- A Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, English, graphic design, or equivalent experience.
- Ability to think creatively and strategically while thriving in a team-based environment.
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently.
- Excellent computer skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with an acute attention to detail.
- Commitment to working collaboratively in a team environment.
