Position Overview

As an Accounting Clerk, you will be responsible for daily accounts payable and receivable tasks in a fast‐paced environment, ensuring precise financial processing while collaborating with internal teams. Key Responsibilities

  • Post incoming homeowner, builder, and developer payments and record income accurately.
  • Establish new customer accounts and process transfers.
  • Enter and update vendor data in the system.
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls to clarify requests, gather documentation, and resolve issues.
  • Collaborate with community managers and team members to meet service and quality goals.
  • Track accounts to ensure correct postings and avoid unnecessary billing.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by the manager or team lead.

Required Qualifications

  • High School diploma required; College degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
  • Data entry experience in AP/AR or bookkeeping functions is a plus.
  • Basic accounting knowledge is preferred.
  • Ambition to grow and develop a long‐term career.
