Position Overview

As an Accounting Clerk, you will be responsible for daily accounts payable and receivable tasks in a fast‐paced environment, ensuring precise financial processing while collaborating with internal teams. Key Responsibilities
- Post incoming homeowner, builder, and developer payments and record income accurately.
- Establish new customer accounts and process transfers.
- Enter and update vendor data in the system.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls to clarify requests, gather documentation, and resolve issues.
- Collaborate with community managers and team members to meet service and quality goals.
- Track accounts to ensure correct postings and avoid unnecessary billing.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the manager or team lead.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma required; College degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
- Data entry experience in AP/AR or bookkeeping functions is a plus.
- Basic accounting knowledge is preferred.
