Position Overview
This role is with EchoStar’s award-winning Inside Sales & Retention team. You will handle 100% inbound calls from both new and existing customers and sell products and services using a consultative approach. The position offers Non-Negotiable Base Pay of $20.50/hour plus Uncapped Commission with potential 1st Year On-Target Earnings of $68,000. Paid full-time training is provided!
Key Responsibilities
- Position and sell products/services to new and existing customers
- Assess customer needs and offer the best solution
- Bounce back from challenging calls and stay focused on long-term goals
- Manage time effectively while engaging with customers and handling data entry
- Provide exceptional customer service to build and maintain relationships
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to work full-time on-site
- Flexible to work shifts including evenings, weekends, or holidays
- Smartphone or device with active network connection
- Successful completion of pre-employment screen (may include a drug test and DMV check)
