In this role, you will demonstrate our product, negotiate and close deals, and carry a new-booked business quota by executing solution-selling skills and managing your Sales Development Representative to turn prospects into customers.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and actively pursue a list of targeted key accounts by creating individualized plans of action to penetrate these accounts.
- Call on and build relationships with new prospects to meet and exceed individual and department revenue expectations.
- Present products and services to new corporate accounts.
- Exceed established new business revenue targetsfor software sales.
- Accurately forecast sales opportunities via pipeline reports.
- Manage your personal revenue pipeline effectively to maximize new business opportunities.
- Monitor and report sales activity within the system.
- Collaborate with Account Management and Client Services teams to ensure complete customer satisfaction with the Cvent product.
- Continuously develop and strengthen relationships with key decision-makers to drive new business.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree.
- At least 4 years of prior revenue generating software sales experience (more experience is desired).
- Industry experience in one or more of the following areas is highly preferred: SaaS, mobile apps, and analytics.
- Articulate, organized, detail-oriented with the ability to multi-task in a dynamic, fast-changing entrepreneurial environment.
- Ability to integrate knowledge across disciplines including cold calling, consultative selling, product demonstrations, closing contracts, operational flow, and product functionality.
- Strong sense of initiative and personal leadership, capable of functioning independently while contributing to team initiatives.
- Strong business acumen, ethics, and high integrity.
