Position Overview

Marketing Manager - Ecommerce Distribution based in Baltimore, MD. Our client is an industry leading domestic and international distributor. They are looking for a Marketing Manager to lead all online marketing initiatives, drive sales growth online, and enhance their overall digital presence. Compensation: Up to $100,000 per year with a comprehensive benefits package.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify growth opportunities and spearhead initiatives to increase online sales and market share
• Track all product listings to ensure accuracy
• Monitor ad performance and implement adjustments to maximize ROI
• Manage social media marketing strategies across various platforms
• Utilize Google Analytics to track web traffic and campaign performance
• Lead SEO strategies to boost organic search traffic
• Manage e-commerce marketing budget and monitor spending

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• 7+ years of experience in digital marketing with a specific focus on e-commerce
• 5+ years in a management or leadership role
• Strong understanding of various digital marketing channels
• Proven track record of driving e-commerce growth through innovative marketing strategies
• Robust computer skills – proficiency in MS Office and Google Analytics, with the ability to quickly learn new programs
• Willingness and ability to travel to HQ as required
