Position Overview

Premiere Coastal Solutions is an in-store promotional sales company partnering with some of the biggest retailers in the world to deliver a unique and informative shopping experience. We are seeking entry-level marketing and management trainees in the Melbourne area for our leading event marketing and promotional advertising team. This role is ideal for a college grad, intern, or entry-level candidate looking to gain hands-on experience and develop long-term career skills through full training.

Key Responsibilities

• Work with our team on client projects and execute marketing campaigns
• Implement marketing plans, including campaign strategies and market insight
• Manage branding, advertising, company events, and promotional collateral
• Build relationships with business partners and engage with customers face-to-face
• Provide excellent customer service and focus on retention
• Participate in team building, create a collaborative team identity, and work towards group goals
• Coordinate project management efforts to ensure campaign success
