PR & Influencer Associate

Rare Beauty is looking for an enthusiastic PR & Influencer Associate

who is passionate about beauty, social media, and influencer marketing. This role will support the PR & Influencer Team.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assist with communication for the general PR email account
• Assist in day-to-day seeding efforts including product send outs and influencer mailers
• Manage office product inventory & sample replenishment
• Assist in preparation of PR needs for press launches, events, and mailings
• Draft preliminary influencer lists for upcoming events, launches, etc.
• Track daily influencer content that features Rare Beauty
• Track Influencer requests In Rare Beauty's DMs
• Source & share weekly recommendations on potential influencer partners
• Help maintain current Influencer and Press Database ensuring it is up-to-date
• Other duties as required

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Strong interest in beauty public relations/communications & passion for all things influencer
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) & Tribe Dynamics
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Keeps a pulse on current trends in social media and the beauty space
• Is passionate about the brand mission and how it translates to impactful influencer and media partnerships
• A highly organized self-starter with a strong attention to detail
• Ability to work well with multiple teams
• Ability to work up to 24 hours per week
• Must be 18 years of age or older

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

• Frequently moves product weighing up to 20 pounds across office for various needs.
• Frequently moves about inside the office to access storage rooms, office machinery, etc.
• Must be able to see product/inventory for packaging/shipping.
