We are seeking a dynamic, seasoned marketing professional to drive our expansion in the healthcare industry vertical by leveraging a deep understanding of the IT decision-maker audience and leading global marketing efforts.
Location: Logitech supports a hybrid/remote work culture. This full-time role is open to hybrid candidates based near our San Jose, CA and Irvine, CA offices, as well as remote candidates in other offsite US locations.
Salary: $130K - $220K per year. In certain circumstances, higher compensation will be considered based on business need, candidate experience, and skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Marketing strategy and planning: Create marketing strategies and campaigns to deepen customer penetration within healthcare customers and achieve marketing and business objectives in collaboration with cross-functional colleagues.
- Audience insights and trends: Provide deep insights into the target IT decision-maker and influencer audiences for healthcare providers and systems, staying updated on technology procurement regulations and trends.
- Foundational material creation: Develop messaging, personas, competitive positioning, and customer journeys.
- Content plans and creation: Craft compelling marketing content and collateral—including thought leadership white papers, product datasheets, digital advertising assets, webinar/event presentations, and sales enablement materials—to be activated across various channels.
- Channel marketing: Develop impactful programs for critical partners in collaboration with Channel Marketing and Sales teams.
- Industry partnerships: Identify and engage with key industry and alliance partners and influencer communities in collaboration with partnership marketing and business development colleagues.
- Performance monitoring and optimization: Monitor and analyze campaign performance to drive continuous improvement in marketing efforts alongside Marketing Analytics.
Required Qualifications
- Exceptional relevant B2B vertical marketing experience in the technology sector.
- Deep understanding of and experience marketing to the IT decision-maker audience for healthcare providers and systems.
- Channel marketing experience.
- Proven ability to collaborate and influence across functions, external agencies, and partners in a complex organization.
- Demonstrated capability to translate insights into impactful marketing strategies and tactics.
- Excellent communication skills, including writing, editing, presentation, and public speaking.
- Strong analytical skills with a track record of delivering exceptional business results.
- Willingness to travel up to 15%.
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent industry experience.
