National Enterprise Sales Director

Position Overview
ChartRequest, a forward-thinking healthcare information technology company founded in 2012, is seeking an experienced Enterprise National Sales Director to lead our growth and expand our market presence by acquiring new enterprise-level clients. Reporting directly to the VP of Revenue, you will influence the company’s growth trajectory by driving team productivity, developing strategies for client acquisition, and collaborating cross-functionally in a results-driven, supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Prospect Identification: Pinpoint and prioritize potential enterprise clients including hospitals, health systems, and major organizations.
- Relationship Building: Forge and maintain connections with key stakeholders such as C-suite executives and department heads.
- Solution Selling: Understand client needs to effectively position ChartRequest's solutions and demonstrate tangible benefits.
- Sales Pipeline Management: Oversee the entire sales process using CRM tools, from lead generation to deal closure.
- Customized Presentations: Develop and deliver tailored product demonstrations and presentations.
- Negotiation and Closing: Lead negotiations, manage objections, and close deals in alignment with company policies.
- Market Intelligence: Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to refine sales strategies.
- Team Leadership: Guide and mentor junior sales professionals, fostering accountability and success.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to ensure a cohesive market approach.
- Represent ChartRequest: Act as a brand ambassador at industry events and conferences.
- Participate in departmental meetings including Weekly LVL10 and Customer Acquisition meetings.

Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of B2B Business Development or Enterprise Sales experience, ideally in a growth environment (SaaS and healthcare industry experience required).
- Proven track record in business development or sales with demonstrated success in leading teams to meet or exceed targets.
- Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills to identify market opportunities and develop actionable plans.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities focused on mentorship and developing sales talent.
- Experience in the healthcare technology sector with an understanding of regulatory complexities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to simplify complex ideas for diverse audiences.
- High-level attention to detail, organization, and a pragmatic approach to problem-solving.
Preferred Qualifications
- MBA or equivalent advanced degree.
- Experience with EOS, LVL10 Meetings, and Rock Setting.
Benefits & Perks
- Compensation: Base compensation between $100,000 - $125,000 with On Target Earnings between $300,000 - $500,000, dependent on leadership and management experience.
- Hybrid Policy: This is an in-office role in Atlanta, GA OR Scottsdale, AZ.
