Job Description

Position Overview

As a Marketing Project Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the successful execution of marketing campaigns within Go-To-Market plans. This is a hybrid role based in either Harrisburg, PA or Clearwater, FL, and candidates must be located within 60 miles of either office location. Key Responsibilities

  • Facilitate alignment on Go-To-Market plans (e.g., marketing databases, change request forms, vendor portals) by coordinating various functions.
  • Develop detailed project plans including timelines, milestones, and execution requirements.
  • Monitor project progress and ensure tasks are completed on schedule.
  • Ensure compliance with vendor branding requirements and guidelines.
  • Participate in recurring touchpoints with the Marketing Manager for alignment and status updates.
  • Create promotional flyers for internal sales incentives/SPIFS.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (creative, events, trade management) to track campaign activities.
  • Maintain a centralized repository for marketing assets with easy access for team members.
  • Ensure vendor-approved activities comply with claiming guidelines and manage claim rejections.
  • Assist in trade management during the debit memo lifecycle to resolve claim issues.
  • Coordinate with executing teams to deliver Proof of Performance/Execution materials and conduct quality checks.
  • Maintain POP/POE records in the central repository where applicable.
  • Foster strong relationships with internal teams, external vendors, and stakeholders.
  • Communicate project updates, challenges, and recommendations effectively.

Required Qualifications

  • Strong leadership skills with a focus on process improvement and efficiency.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
  • Effective communication skills for clear project updates and collaboration.
  • Ability to multi-task, solve problems, and manage time effectively.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, or 4 years of applicable experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint).
  • Working knowledge of Adobe Acrobat.
  • Basic understanding of financial accounting principles.
