THE ROLE
We are looking for a highly capable, AI-native B2B Growth Marketing Lead to design and operate a scalable marketing and lead generation engine targeting financial institutions and commodity trading firms.
This role sits at the intersection of financial markets, growth marketing, and AI automation. The mission is to build a system that consistently generates qualified leads from hedge funds, quant traders, commodity desks, and asset managers.
You should be equally comfortable developing content strategy, running paid acquisition, designing AI-powered marketing workflows, and optimizing conversion funnels โ all within a lean, fast-moving startup environment.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Build the Growth Engine
Design and operate a full-stack marketing system that generates a consistent pipeline of qualified B2B leads. This includes:
- Organic demand generation โ SEO, thought leadership, and content distribution
- Paid acquisition campaigns โ LinkedIn, Google, and programmatic channels
- Conversion optimization โ landing pages, CTAs, and lead capture flows
- CRM and marketing automation โ tools, workflows, and pipeline tracking
AI-Powered Marketing Automation
Design and deploy AI workflows to automate marketing operations, including:
- Automated content generation and scheduling pipelines
- AI-assisted outbound prospecting and lead enrichment
- Intelligent reporting and campaign performance analysis
SEO and AI Search Visibility
Lead strategy for SatYield's visibility across both traditional and AI-powered search, including:
- Keyword strategy and technical SEO for financial data and ag intelligence queries
- Optimizing content for AI search surfaces (Perplexity, ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude)
- Building a content library that positions SatYield as the authoritative voice in satellite-driven crop intelligence
Lead Generation and Pipeline Growth
Build scalable lead acquisition pipelines targeting institutional finance audiences:
- Develop targeted account lists across hedge funds, quant desks, commodity traders, and ag banks
- Run outbound campaigns via LinkedIn, email, and content marketing
- Partner with the team on product-led growth and client case study programs
QUALIFICATIONS
Experience
- 3+ years in B2B growth marketing or demand generation
- Demonstrated experience marketing to financial services, fintech, or data/analytics platforms
- Proven track record generating qualified pipeline and measurable revenue impact
Core Skills
- SEO and organic growth strategy
- Paid acquisition campaign management (LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads)
- Content and thought leadership marketing
- Analytics, attribution, and funnel optimization
- Working fluency with AI tools and marketing automation platforms
Strong Plus
- Experience marketing alternative data, fintech, or analytics platforms to institutional clients
- Familiarity with commodities markets, agricultural finance, or quantitative investment
- Ability to build AI-driven marketing workflows from scratch โ not just using AI tools
EDUCATION
No single background is required. Strong candidates typically come from:
- Marketing, Business, or Communications
- Finance, Economics, or Agricultural Economics
- Data Science, Analytics, or other technical fields
Domain knowledge of financial markets or ag intelligence is a meaningful differentiator.

COMPENSATION
We are open to both engagement models:
- Fractional / Contract - Engage as a part-time growth operator with flexible scope
- Full-Time - Join as a core team member leading all marketing and growth functions
Compensation is competitive and includes performance incentives tied directly to pipeline growth and customer acquisition outcomes.
