    Our client, a prominent chemical company in the greater Cleveland / Akron OH area, is seeking an experienced R&D Engineer/Applications Engineer/Process Development Engineer/Research and Development Engineer. In this role, you will drive applied research projects while collaborating closely with Operations, Sales, Marketing, and R&D teams and interfacing with customer clients. <strong>Compensation: $80,000-$120,000 plus bonus.</strong>

    <li>Drive applied research projects.</li>
    <li>Collaborate cross-functionally with Operations, Sales, Marketing, and R&D teams as well as interface with customer clients.</li>
    <li>Utilize fundamental expertise in rheology, powders, or polymers to help improve product performance.</li>
    <li>Support application development efforts through effective lab test development and product characterization.</li>
    <li>Drive product improvements by fostering strong cross-functional relationships.</li>
    <li>Facilitate customer engagement through customer site visits.</li>
