Job Description

Position Overview

This role can sit anywhere in the US as long as it is near an Accenture Corporate Office. The Accenture Supply Chain & Operations Logistics team is redefining how companies innovate within the supply chain. As a logistics transformation expert, you will lead initiatives in Warehousing and/or Transportation solutions, integrating digital logistics capabilities with strategic insight and analytical expertise to build sustainable, client-focused solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and implement logistics transformation strategies using SAP Digital Supply Chain solutions.
  • Develop and oversee functional designs and manage hand-offs with technical development teams.
  • Lead full-cycle SAP Digital Supply Chain transformations, from blueprinting and configuration to testing and go-live.
  • Collaborate with clients and Accenture teams to design logistics solutions for resilient and sustainable supply chains.
  • Act as the primary SAP Supply Chain capability contact and support project governance.
  • Mentor Accenture’s Supply Chain & Operations Logistics team members, building domain expertise.
  • Contribute to business development, proposal submissions, and client presentations.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum of 10 years in logistics and transportation, including SAP Transportation Management (SAP TM) project leadership roles.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; alternatively, at least 12 years of work experience in lieu of a degree.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Strong SAP TM configuration, integration, and deployment experience with multiple full-cycle implementations across various industries.
  • Familiarity with digital supply chain solutions from SAP such as EWM, YL, BN4L.
  • Recognized as a thought leader in supply chain by partners, customers, and SAP.
  • Experience with cloud platforms and integrating SAP TM with solutions such as P44, FourKites, BN4L, among others.
  • Strong analytical skills to enhance transportation efficiency, network productivity, and cost management.
  • Proficiency in leveraging the latest digital technologies, including GenAI, to improve logistics and transportation operations.

    • California: $163,000 to $413,600
    • Cleveland: $150,900 to $330,900
    • Colorado: $163,000 to $357,400
    • District of Columbia: $173,500 to $380,500
    • Illinois: $150,900 to $357,400
    • Maryland: $163,000 to $357,400
    • Massachusetts: $163,000 to $380,500
    • Minnesota: $163,000 to $357,400
    • New York/New Jersey: $150,900 to $413,600
    • Washington: $173,500 to $380,500
