Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner Marketing Strategies: As a key leader within the OCI Partnerships organization, be responsible for developing and executing partner marketing strategies to support the growth and success of our product integrations
  • Partner Programs: Establish marketing programs that can scale across an ecosystem of partners with tiers based on partner type, size and engagement level
  • MDFs & Budgets: Develop and management budgets for partner marketing initiatives, ensuring efficient and effective use of resources that drive significant ROI
  • Marketing Campaigns: Create and manage a portfolio of marketing campaigns and activations including events, webinars, etc.
  • XFN Collaboration: Build and maintain trust with key internal and external stakeholders to drive successful outcomes. Work closely with sales team to support partner driven sales opportunity and drive revenue growth
  • Team Leadership: Lead a team of marketing professionals, provide guidance, mentorship and support to ensure the team’s success
  • Performance/Data Oriented: Monitor and report on the effectiveness of all activities, using data to inform future strategies and implementations.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • 10+ years in partner marketing, product management, or product marketing in a technology environment
  • Proven ability to manage complex partnerships and coordinate cross-functional teams
  • Strong understanding of technology ecosystem and trends, particularly in cloud, hardware (GPU/CPU), and AI/ML
  • Demonstrated experience in building and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience with MDF planning, reporting, and ROI analysis
  • Highly motivated self-starter with a collaborative, results-driven approach

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working directly with partners and technology vendors
  • Familiarity with Oracle’s cloud, hardware, and software portfolio
  • Success in developing thought leadership and content for technical solutions

  • Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
