Referral Relationship & Marketing Coordinator

Position Overview

St. Louis South Oral Surgery, located in Sunset Hills and serving the greater St. Louis area, is a leader in advanced oral and maxillofacial care for both adults and children. This role is perfect for someone who finds fulfillment in building and nurturing relationships with referring dental and medical professionals while creatively promoting the practice through strategic outreach and marketing efforts.

Key Responsibilities

• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with referring dental and medical practices through regular outreach, visits, and communications.
• Organize and represent the practice at local events, meetings, and professional gatherings, coordinating print, digital, and social media marketing campaigns.
• Deliver referral materials, thank-you gifts, and educational resources while serving as the main point of contact for referring offices.
• Monitor and analyze referral sources, patient trends, and campaign effectiveness, maintaining relevant databases and reports.
• Act as a brand ambassador by consistently reflecting the values and quality standards of St. Louis South Oral Surgery.

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a proven ability in relationship-building.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and social media platforms.

Preferred Qualifications

• Coursework or certification in marketing, communications, or healthcare management.
• At least 1 year of experience in dental/medical marketing, practice outreach, customer service, or sales.
• Experience in coordinating outreach events and executing marketing campaigns.
