Position Overview

EverCommerce is a leading service commerce platform providing integrated SaaS solutions for over 600,000 global service-based businesses. In this role as an Account Executive focusing on Service Fusion solutions, you will manage sales activities, build strong customer relationships, and achieve sales targets in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment. You’ll join a diverse, globally distributed team that values energy, motivation, and true passion for technology.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage sales activities and pipeline.
  • Connect with prospects via inbound and outbound channels.
  • Assess the needs of prospects and articulate the benefits and feasibility of Service Fusion solutions.
  • Perform online demos for qualified prospects.
  • Negotiate and close new business.
  • Serve as the subject matter expert on all Service Fusion products and services.
  • Remain knowledgeable on the Field Service Management Software market and competitive landscape.
  • Consistently achieve monthly sales quota and key performance metrics.
  • Collaborate with managers and peers on various projects.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years of sales experience (SaaS experience is a plus).
  • Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
  • Technical proficiency with Office applications, Email, and CRM systems is required.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to build customer rapport through active listening and effective dialogue.
  • Commitment to collegial and collaborative relationships with team members and leadership.
  • Adherence to Service Fusion’s policies and procedures.
  • Commitment to ongoing personal growth and development.
  • Must be ethical, humble, inquisitive, resourceful, competitive, and a team player.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience selling to SMBs.
  • Experience with Salesforce, Salesloft, and Gong.
  • Experience with software or workflow products.
