Position Overview

Seer Interactive is a digital marketing consultancy that harnesses compassion, data, technology, and AI to make a mark on communities. As a remote-first Certified B-Corp, Seer brings together diverse teams across the US to deliver strategic digital marketing solutions. In this role, you will serve as the Sr. SEO Account Manager—developing innovative, data-driven strategies and building strong, lasting client relationships while leveraging AI to drive success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work closely with clients, researching beyond SEO to understand key challenges and execute annual strategies for targeted audiences.
  • Serve as the main point of contact, building and nurturing strong, trust-based relationships with clients.
  • Collaborate with clients to drive organic traffic and ROI by developing innovative assets through content gap, competitive, audience, keyword, and SERP landscape analyses.
  • Translate data into actionable insights, sharing campaign results monthly and quarterly using analytics platforms like Google Analytics and Adobe.
  • Partner with PPC, Analytics, Content, and Design teams to address client needs and integrate multiple digital channels.
  • Leverage emerging AI tools to drive efficiencies within your workflow and share learnings with the broader team.

Required Qualifications

  • Solid experience in building and driving SEO strategies across multiple industries with measurable impact.
  • A holistic grasp of digital marketing—including Analytics, Content Strategy, social media dynamics, and influencer engagement.
  • Proven ability to interface confidently with clients and drive strategic discussions with C-Level executives.
  • Strong critical thinking and analytical skills to evaluate campaign performance and pivot strategies based on data.
  • Excellent project management skills with experience using tools like Basecamp or Wrike to manage deadlines and priorities.
  • A passion for staying current on SEO trends and integrating AI innovations into marketing strategies.
