Position Overview

Are you ready to take on a dynamic and rewarding role at the helm of K&N brand's online success? As the E-Commerce Sales and Content Manager, you will oversee and coordinate strategic initiatives for K&N brands across various online channels. In this role, you will manage key accounts, drive data analysis, maintain digital catalogs, and work cross-functionally to achieve annual sales objectives and maximize online performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute digital presentation and maintain the catalog of K&N brands on Amazon, Lowes.com, and other e-commerce sites ensuring consistency across platforms.
  • Develop and implement sales plans and programs in line with the company’s annual sales objectives, collaborating with the Marketing team on the 12‐month calendar and special initiatives.
  • Manage key account relationships with automotive internet resellers such as Summit Racing, JEGS, and Turn 5, serving as the primary point of contact.
  • Procure, update, catalog, and analyze product information, imagery, and digital content, utilizing data insights to drive improvements and revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with departments including Marketing, Customer Service, Finance, and Supply Chain to ensure timely digital deliverables aligned with sales targets.

Required Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in sales and e-commerce management, preferably in the automotive space.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, particularly Excel (pivot tables, v-lookup, etc.).
  • Strong data management skills with comfort in handling large datasets.
  • Excellent verbal, listening, and written communication skills.
  • Solid understanding of digital marketing and e-commerce sales strategies.
  • Ability to thrive in a remote team setting.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with e-commerce platforms such as Amazon Vendor Central.
  • Familiarity with marketshare data providers (e.g., Stackline, Edge, CommerceIQ).
