EvoTech, LLC is an Economically Disadvantaged Woman-Owned Small Business (EDWOSB) providing program management, application development, cybersecurity, and IT solutions to federal government agencies and commercial clients. We are seeking a hands-on, execution-focused Product Marketing Specialist to operate as a one-person marketing team. In this role, you will blend tactical product marketing with content creation, branding, and Go-To-Market support to produce marketing assets end-to-end, manage digital content, and support messaging and launch efforts for our solutions.
This is an on-site position in San Antonio, Texas with the ability to telework at management discretion.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and organize all marketing and product-related collateral in SharePoint ensuring consistency and accessibility.
- Update and maintain website pages, layouts, and brand visuals; support light UX/layout adjustments using templates or CMS tools.
- Build mockups or wireframes as needed and support proposal development with branded visuals, section layouts, and formatted pitch decks.
- Pull competitor visuals and messaging to guide content direction.
- Create on-brand visuals for brochures, newsletters, infographics, campaign assets, and social media content.
- Collaborate on proposal styling and enablement graphics from concept to execution.
- Produce static and light animated content for digital channels (LinkedIn, Instagram, X, etc.).
- Maintain consistent branding across digital and print channels.
- Assist Go-To-Market efforts by converting messaging into visual assets and launch-ready collateral.
- Design leadership decks, internal communications, and marketing recap materials.
- Contribute to building and documenting brand standards as part of ongoing execution.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications or related field, or equivalent experience (6-8 years).
- 3-5 years of professional marketing or graphic design experience with a strong digital focus.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro) with experience in motion graphics and video editing.
- Experience with SharePoint for content and asset organization.
- Strong eye for layout, typography, and maintaining brand consistency.
- Excellent collaboration, organization, and communication skills.
- Familiarity with website content management systems (e.g., WordPress) and ability to create wireframes and basic prototypes using tools like Figma or Adobe XD.
- A portfolio demonstrating high-quality design and marketing work.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience collaborating with developers and designers to maintain UI/UX consistency.
- Skilled in digital content creation (blogs, campaigns, product pages) with a strong understanding of storytelling, brand positioning, and SEO.
- Familiarity with website content management systems (e.g., WordPress) and digital analytics tools.
- Experience supporting federal or DoD communications and proposal development.
- A proven track record in contributing to or leading Go-To-Market (GTM) efforts, including product launches and Minimum Viable Product (MVP) rollouts.
- Ability to translate technical information into clear, visually compelling content while working alongside business development and cross-functional teams.
