Intern - Revenue Management

Position Overview

As a FedEx Intern, you will be working on projects that provide valuable, real-world experience in a professional environment related to your field of study.

Key Responsibilities

• Under close supervision, assist with providing analytical support to drive efficiency, consistency, and control across current business initiatives.
• Assist with industry market research, global business intelligence, and emerging trends analysis.
• Analyze specific business metrics and research data, industry trends, and market information to gain insight into transportation and logistics in targeted industry verticals.
• Present and deliver long-term solutions that significantly impact the business and/or customer experience.
• Participate in various networking and community service events.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications

• Currently enrolled student or recent college graduate (within 6 months) with a minimum 3.0 GPA.
• Pursuing a degree in Business, Finance/Economics, Computer Science, Management, Project Management, Information Systems, Operations Management, Operations Research, Supply Chain/Logistics, Transportation, Engineering, Technology, Math, Marketing, or a related field.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• Strong interpersonal, time management, organizational, and multi-tasking skills with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills with an aptitude for analyzing data and making recommendations.
• No prior work experience is required.

Preferred Qualifications

• Ability to analyze both quantitative and qualitative data.
• Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a high-pressure environment.
• Availability to work 40 hours/week for a 10-week program from June 9th to August 15th.

• Compensation: $25/hour for undergraduates and $30/hour for graduates, plus a $2,000 stipend for those relocating over 50 miles.
