SEO Specialist - Digital Marketing

Position Overview

Long Island based real estate firm seeking an online digital marketing specialist to manage the firm's web initiatives, including its website, social media communications strategy and accounts (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter) and other marketing technologies to enhance its social media presence. This is aFULL-TIME IN PERSONrole (NO REMOTE APPLICATIONS WILL BE CONSIDERED).

Key Responsibilities

• Work with vendors to maintain the website ensuring content is consistently updated.
• Keep the company message concise and consistent with the brand.
• Develop creative social media posts, including video content.
• Improve SEO to increase the product’s visibility and customer base.
• Learn and train others on CRM implementation.
• Track leads and implement systems to convert them into customers.
• Review website analytics using Google Analytics (traffic, bounce rate, sources).
• Manage the distribution of e-blasts and train sales staff on self-promotion.
• Implement video marketing strategies and train team members accordingly.
• Create niche marketing lists from various sources.

Required Qualifications

• Must have a minimum of 3 years experience in digital marketing.
• Proficiency in social media management, SEO, analytics, AI powered platforms, and domain management.
• Strong communication, project management, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-starter with a creative mindset and problem-solving skills.
• Marketing and administrative background to support company-wide initiatives.
