Position Overview

Designated office: Location: 500 Barrydowne Rd., Sudbury, ON. This position is a combination of visiting existing and/or prospective business customers and working from home. Key Responsibilities

  • Responsibilities: Reporting to the Director of Business Sales – Ontario, the Account Executive will be responsible for both new business development and account management of assigned existing accounts. As an Account Executive, you will source new business, work with your Eastlink Business and Engineering colleagues to find tailored solutions, be committed to providing excellent customer service, and stay current within this continuously evolving industry.

Required Qualifications

  • At least 3 years of business-to-business sales experience.
  • Your proven track record of sales success is a direct result of your approach to business development and your ability to develop and close the sale.
  • Self-motivated, ready to learn and collaborate, with the drive to achieve your goals and thrive when presented with the challenge of expanding and leveraging your network.
  • An exceptional communicator who is comfortable engaging with business owners/executives and presenting to small groups.
  • A true team player who builds strong relationships with key business contacts, management, and peers, while demonstrating adaptability, creativity, and a sense of urgency in a deadline-driven environment.
  • Able to travel throughout the province; you must have a valid driver's license coupled with a satisfactory driving record.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Post-secondary education in Business or a related field is preferred.
