Position Overview
Brady Corporation is looking for a Marketing Automation Specialist. In this role, you will execute campaign creation, marketing automation, and customer segmentation to drive an increased sales pipeline. You will leverage your experience in marketing automation platforms to design and implement automated workflows, identify in-market accounts, and create customer segments for use across channels. Your primary goal is to manage complex, data-driven marketing campaigns that boost lead identification and conversion.
Key Responsibilities
- Marketing Automation: Design and execute marketing automation processes to improve sales effectiveness.
- CRM/CDP: Leverage data across multiple sources for better targeting and personalization.
- Selection: Use your MarTech expertise to select customer groups across marketing automation and customer data platforms.
- Segmentation: Understand customer segments, personas, and buying journeys to create actionable audiences for personalized messaging.
- Testing and Automation: Continuously test and optimize processes to improve ROI.
- Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams, including sales, demand generation, and ecommerce, to align on ABM initiatives.
- Sales Enablement Tools: Turn data into actionable tools for the sales team to grow pipeline, increase velocity, and cross-sell.
- Data Management: Ensure data integrity and cleanliness of lead flow for accurate reporting and seamless integration.
- Account-Based Marketing (ABM): Assist in executing ABM strategies by identifying in-market target accounts and coordinating with teams to drive action.
