Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Event and Marketing Coordinator to lead the planning, execution, and promotion of our diverse events and marketing initiatives. This role is vital in elevating our brand presence across multiple channels, engaging our target audiences, and driving measurable results. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for creative marketing strategies, exceptional organizational skills, and a proactive attitude to coordinate seamless events that leave lasting impressions.
Salary: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
Schedule: 40.0 per week
Location: Bakersfield, CA 93311 (In person)

Key Responsibilities
- Responsibilities: Marketing & Sales Support – Maintain all Marketing and Event boards in ConnectWise, support marketing campaigns by scheduling emails and coordinating assets, prepare event materials including agendas and signage, draft and distribute communications, attend meetings with detailed follow-ups, manage CRM data, perform database maintenance, support sales engagement, assist with SOP updates, and maintain strong product knowledge.
- Responsibilities: Event Planning & Coordination – Develop and maintain event timelines, checklists, and calendars; coordinate logistics such as room setup, catering, AV, signage, décor, and materials; track expenses and vendor details; collaborate with teams for timely communication; and serve as the point of contact during events. Must be willing to travel.
- Responsibilities: Registration & Attendee Support – Create and manage registration pages and attendee lists, communicate pre-event details and updates, support onsite registration and check-in processes, and collect post-event feedback.
- Responsibilities: Sponsor & Vendor Support – Coordinate sponsor communications, manage timelines and deliverables, ensure sponsors receive necessary assets and information, and assist with MDF requests and documentation.
- Responsibilities: Webinars, Sales Labs & Digital Events – Support webinar setup and run-of-show preparations, assist presenters and internal teams during digital events, track attendance, manage follow-up communications, coordinate Sales Lab documentation, and serve as liaison for Sales Lab student requirements.
- Responsibilities: Post-Event Support & Documentation – Upload attendance data, log follow-up actions, assist with recap notes and reports, and help refine SOPs and event checklists.
- Responsibilities: Facilities & Office Coordination – Assist with scheduling and preparing training rooms and meeting spaces, coordinate client tours and visits, communicate facility needs, order supplies and branded materials, maintain daily supply lists, and perform weekly cleaning tasks.
Required Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills.
- Ability to multi-task and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
- Strong data entry and organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Willingness to participate in ongoing industry and role-related training.
- Proficiency in ConnectWise, CORE, and Marketing CRM platforms or the ability to quickly learn these systems.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- A passion for creative marketing strategies and impactful campaign execution.
Preferred Qualifications
- Marketing experience: 1 year (Preferred).
- Ability to commute to Bakersfield, CA 93311 (Preferred).
